2. What the Service does not do yet

The following are under development. Take their absence into account when starting to use the Service.

3. AI

The AI reads receipts, purchase invoices and sales invoices made elsewhere and proposes an entry. The proposal is shown to the User with its confidence and warnings. All amounts and taxes are calculated by the software, and a User approves every entry. Only the voucher to be read and the minimum context needed (such as the company's chart of accounts) are sent to the AI service. The AI provider is listed in Annex 1 of the Data Processing Agreement.

4. Users and access

There is no limit on the number of Users. Roles are founder, accountant, employee, viewer and consultant. Access is checked in the database on every read and write. The organisation owner can see, per company, who has access to its data.

5. Technology and data location

6. Availability and maintenance

The Service is available around the clock. The target is 99.5% monthly availability, excluding planned maintenance. verify The target is not a guaranteed service level with penalties or credits.

New versions are released after automated testing. The tests check, among other things, that a user of one customer cannot see another customer's data. An open browser window reloads itself to the new version.

7. Support

Support: hello@numar.io. We answer on business days, aiming for the next business day. verify A user guide is available in the Service.

8. Data export and switching

The Customer owns its data and can export it free of charge. Switching to another service costs nothing. See sections 7 and 9 of the Terms of Service.
